We travel a lot and I can say with all sincerity that we have never had a travel agent as conscientious, personable, patient or as knowledgeable as Marcelo. He knew exactly what we were looking for and before we could even say it he was expounding about it. He went to great lengths to get us exactly what we wanted. When we arrive in Brazil we know exactly what to do, how to get there, where to stay and even where to eat. We are so excited for our trip because of Marcelo's enthusiasm. We will definitely use Marcelo for our next vacation and also recommend him to our neighbors and friends. Thank you for running a great organization.

Barbara and I returned home today from our trip to Brazil. Everything you planned for us worked perfectly. We had a wonderful time and the arrangements you made were fantastic. The Bourbon Hotel and the Praia Do Forte Eco Resort were very nice. Our guide in Iguassa Falls (Oliver) made our stay and tour there very enjoyable. The driver was very cautious and we felt safe at all times.
We will certainly recommend you to anyone in need of a professional, conscientious travel agent.

We are definately planning on going back, and definately planning on contacting you. lease let Blumar know that Francisco and the Alexander were very nice and very pleasant. They both were prompt. In fact, Francisco had been waiting over an hour for us, so we would not have to.

I wanted to personally send my praise about Mr. Marcelo Zahar. For nearly two weeks Marcelo worked with me in planning my first trip to Rio. Due to his help, it was the most realxing and enjoyable vacations we have had. All of the staff we worked with were extremely courteous and very professional. Marcelo's advice and recommendations were right on target. It was evident we had his full attention and was genuinely concerned all of our needs and expectations were being met. Everyone from Marcelo, to Blumar Travel to Miramar Palace made this trip a truly memorable one. There is no doubt we will return to Brazil, and no doubt we will be working with Marcelo.
I think Marcelo's work ethic is a true example of customer service. Please give him a nice pat on the back, he deserves it.

"Brazil is the best"
BRAZIL IS THE BEST!!! I had the best time ever in my life, the olodum parade was gorgeous and I even learned how to play a little of capoeira. Now I want to go to Rio, can you send me the prices for carnival in Rio 2004.

The trip to Brazil was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I had such a great time meeting wonderful new friends and seeing many of the highlights of South America. The trip gave me a great overview so now I will know where I will want to visit on my next trip back to Brazil!

We are back in NY and wanted to say that we had a wonderful time in Brazil. Everything was well organized and as per schedule, including all transfers. We were amazed at the efficiency of the Brazilians. The Amazon trail hike was spectacular and we really recommend RIBAS, the tour guide, and Dumonde Travel for making our experience there unforgettable.

Thank you so much for arranging this trip. Everything was so easy and convenient. The connections worked well, and I enjoyed the train travel and the opportunity to see the countryside. The tour guides were knowledgeable and pleasant and the hotels were comfortable, charming and perfectly located within the cities for my needs. The staff was helpful and considerate. My days ran smoothly and there was a good balance between activity and "time out."

Recife was great. Fernando de Noronha was fantastic. All travel arrangements were flawless. Flowers, etc… all went off without a hitch.
The Amazon Forest is a treasure. We both loved it. Rio de Janeiro, no comments, the Copacabana Palace has a great romantic feeling, the staff was delightful, the food was great. Again, thanks for all your guidance. We’re very impressed by your operation and wish you all future success, which judging from our experience, you’re bound to achieve.
